TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

and

a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”)

arising from a purchase contract concluded via the Seller’s online store.

Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU legislation.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

A purchase contract is concluded when:

the Customer submits an order, and
the Seller confirms the order via email.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order in justified cases (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The Customer may pay using:

online payment via Stripe

The purchase price is payable immediately upon order confirmation unless agreed otherwise.

The invoice will be issued electronically and sent to the Customer’s email.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered within the European Union via:

DPD
TopTrans
or other carriers depending on weight and logistics

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is completed.

The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier immediately.

Ownership of goods transfers upon delivery. Risk of damage passes to the Customer upon receipt.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of goods.

The Customer must:

notify the Seller
return the goods within 14 days

The Customer bears the cost of return shipping.

The Seller will refund all payments (excluding additional delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The Customer cannot withdraw from contracts in cases defined by applicable law, including:

goods made to order or customized
perishable goods
sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
digital content delivered with prior consent

7. Liability for Defects (Warranty)

The Seller is liable for defects according to Slovak and EU consumer law.

The Customer is entitled to:

repair
replacement
price reduction
withdrawal from contract (in serious cases)

The warranty period is 24 months unless stated otherwise.

If a defect appears within 12 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.

8. Complaint Procedure

The Customer may file a complaint:

by sending goods to:

The Seller will issue confirmation and resolve the complaint within 30 days.

9. Customer Account

The Customer may create an account to facilitate ordering.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

The Seller is not liable for misuse of the account by third parties.

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The Customer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection:

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated by the Seller.

The version valid at the time of order applies.

These Terms are effective as of April 1, 2026.
